THE OFFER
The Prospectus contains details of an Offer by Plexus Healthcare Ltd ACN 634 399 474 (“Company“) of up to 5,000,000 fully paid shares (Shares) for $0.20 per Share.
This Prospectus is dated [insert] and was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) on that date.
Following lodgement of the Prospectus with ASIC there was an “exposure period” of 7 days. The Company did not accept or process applications until after the end of the exposure period.
The Company applied within 7 days of the date of the Prospectus to NSX Limited (NSX) for admission to the official list of NSX and quotation of the Shares on NSX.
