Our story started with a sliding doors moment, when founder Joe Rapattoni witnessed the ‘undignified’ treatment of his great aunt in the aged care environment. He could have sat on his hands and watched on as the outdated, profit-driven system stifled the spirit of countless more ageing Australians. Instead, he chose to do something about it. Plexus was founded in 2012 with a mission to ensure ageing Australians receive the care, respect and dignity they deserve.<\/p>\n
What began as a ‘whole of care’ model has grown and evolved into something much grander – a ‘whole of life’ longevity movement that looks after everyone, from the youngest Australian to the oldest. We are already living longer, we now need to ensure we live better. It’s why we see health as a journey best travelled together. The more we get to know you and your family, the better placed we are to empower you to make better decisions and proactively meet your unique health goals.
